All Sales Are Final

Defects – Each D14 is handmade, so colors, swirls, and finishes may vary slightly from photos shown. Only major defects that affect playability (such as unreadable numbers or broken dice) are eligible for replacement or refund. Minor cosmetic quirks are part of the charm of handmade dice.

Due to the nature of our products and our small-batch production, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than a verified production defect.

This includes, but is not limited to, items that are:

• No longer wanted or needed

• Purchased in the wrong size, style, color, or design

• Different from what you expected

• Damaged after delivery or through normal use

• Purchased by mistake

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Production Defects

If you receive an item that has a defect resulting from the manufacturing or production process, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To request a replacement or other resolution for a production defect, you will need to provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the defect

• Clear photographs showing the defect and the product as a whole

Photos are required so that we can determine whether the issue resulted from the production process.

If we determine that the product is defective due to a production issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

No Other Returns or Refunds

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for issues unrelated to a production defect. If an item does not meet the criteria above, the purchase will remain final.

If you believe you have received a product with a production defect, please reach out to us before sending anything back. Do not mail a product back without receiving instructions from us first.
